Her2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the her2 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services offered. By using the her2 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement
By accessing or using the her2 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. her2 does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register or use any of the platform's services.
Use of the her2 platform is subject to applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of her2's services is lawful in the region or jurisdiction where they are located. her2 reserves the right to deny access or terminate accounts if there is reasonable cause to believe that usage is in breach of relevant laws.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the her2 platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & Personal Responsibility
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on her2. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, including the freezing of balances and cancellation of any accumulated bonuses or rewards. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. her2 reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.
Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Any attempt to register an account using false information or another person's identity is a serious violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your her2 account login credentials, including your username and password. her2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
You must notify her2 immediately through the customer support channel if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. her2 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other party.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Use
The her2 platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment of eligible users. You agree to use the platform in a lawful, honest manner that does not harm the platform or other users. Any form of fraud, system manipulation, use of unauthorised third-party software, or collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the her2 platform for any money laundering or illicit financing activities
- Accessing the platform using unauthorised automation software, bots, or scripts
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
- Registering or managing an account on behalf of another person without her2's written consent
- Spreading false or misleading information about the her2 platform
- Using the platform if you have been designated as an individual excluded from betting activities
Payments, Transactions & Deposit Policy in MYR
Deposit & Withdrawal
All transactions on the her2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). her2 supports a range of local payment methods including bank transfers, FPX, and supported e-wallets. Successful deposits credited to your account are subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by her2. Prior to the first withdrawal being processed, users may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. her2 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to verify the validity of a transaction.
Any bonuses or promotional credits received may be subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Detailed conditions for each promotion will be stated separately in the applicable promotion terms. her2 is not responsible for any processing delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Her2 Liability Limits
Her2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business disruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, her2's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Her2 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unplanned maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond her2's control may affect platform availability from time to time.
Account Suspension & Closure
Her2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account with or without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or for security reasons. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, her2 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with suspected unlawful activity.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting her2 customer support. Any valid funds remaining in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to the applicable withdrawal policy.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the her2 platform are the exclusive property of her2 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from her2.
The her2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. her2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Her2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
